As far as the recent mall and school shooting go, my heart goes out to the families. But I can’t belief we are still having this argument. If anyone tells you gun control is the answer then you should send him or her a copy of the constitution. You also may want to point out a few things to them. First of all Americans have had the right to keep and bear arms since the very beginnings of our great nation. Yet it wasn't until recently that we have had mass shootings. The problem is demon-possessed lunatics, not guns. Next if someone had been armed in the school or the mall, this lunatic may have been taken down. Our society produces degenerate lunatics because of several factors. Unlike the past, today when a child is born he is made the center of the universe. God forbid anyone discipline a child anymore. So after eighteen years or so spoiling and creating a self-serving monster the parents think they can simply flip a switch and go to adult mode. There are so many pitiful excuses for parents out there. In just a few decades we went from positive roll models such as Roy Rogers and Beaver to the likes of Lady Gaga and Snoop Dog. South Park has replaced Captain Kangaroo. Then we seem surprised why in some rare cases some young adult goes wacko ands shoots somebody. Everywhere gun control has been implemented, crime has gone up. All dictators love gun control. If we want to make our country safer we need to go back to the old values that made our country strong. It’s not about doing the conservative or liberal thing but doing the right thing.

The Economy, Can The Answer can be found in a Can of Peanuts? At least we can all agree that the economy is bad. But figuring out whose fault it is and how to fix is where we have trouble. Some say it’s the left, some say the right, some say the government, some say the private sector, some say the rich, and some say the poor. Yet some folks say it doesn’t matter whose fault it is just fix the economy.
I don’t claim to be an economic expert by any means but I know you can’t fix the problem until you first figure out what caused the problem to start with.  In other words, if you want the lights back on you have to figure out which circuit breaker was thrown.
Sounds crazy but I say the answer can be found in a can of peanuts. Please just hear me out. I was at the grocery shopping the other day and I bought a can of peanuts, which is something I haven’t done in awhile. Now this little can of peanuts was over six dollars.  I have a little background in peanuts. No relation to Jimmy, but I grew up on a peanut farm. Now that I live in Alaska and it’s been over twenty years since I’ve lived on or near any peanut farm, I have to buy peanuts from the grocery store just like everyone else. In case you didn’t know the average American peanut farmer usually gets somewhere between $300 to $850 for a ton of peanuts. I said ton! That’s it! Most of the time the price is nearer the $300 range. And it’s been that way for the last twenty plus years. Yet if the grocers were selling peanuts by the ton figuring the average peanut can is eight ounces the per ton price would be around $24,000. So somewhere in between the peanut farmer and the store shelf there is a hell of a markup. So I decided to figure this out. I asked myself could drying, parching, canning and trucking to the store really warrant this massive increase. Then it dawned on me; needless middlemen.
Non-Value Added Positions (NVAPS)
I’m not referring to the wholesalers, food processors or even the grocery stores. Although middlemen they all add value to the product. However, sometimes I feel they over charge for their value.  Every organization whether it’s the government or private has employees who are a drain because they have no economic value yet still receive a paycheck, sometimes a very hefty one. These are folks that have a position instead of a job. Some call these people middlemen, I think a better term would be non-value added positions or (NVAPS) for short. Less NVAPS means more jobs and a greater GDP.
Who Foots the Bill in America? Anyone who’s not an NVAP
Here are some examples; it’s the mechanic, the carpenter, the plumber, the store clerk, the bus driver, the military member, the factory worker, the teacher who actually educates kids or anyone who provides a value added service. You know the folks that earn their money by the sweat of their brow, which is the way the good lord intended. In other words, the middle class. A Wall Street short-term trader adds no value to the company’s products.  On the other hand a long-term investor does add value to a company because they are providing long-term capital for the company. Most government employees are hard working value adders yet some are overpaid bureaucrats that we could do without. When I was a kid, my school had a head principal and a vice principal. And they even taught classes. Anchorage is one of the most expensive school districts in the country; the district has several principals per school not to mention about five hundred administrators. Although most teachers are good, there are far to many that hide behind the teachers union. When I was a kid most schools had about 30 kids in a classroom. But now the teachers union says that is way too much.
My dad worked in a factory that had almost half of the people in administrative positions. In the early 90’s they wisely decided to down size and eliminate the dead wood NVAPs. I’m not bashing administrators. Every organization has to have some administration and a good administrator is worth their weight in gold. But the Latte Lazies that hang too much around the coffee stand need to go.
Oh and the banks, granted they do provide a value. But their cost greatly exceeds the value they produce. So the banksters fall into the NVAP category. Wouldn’t you love to be able to loan money out and have the government catch you when you fall? Talk about a no risk business opportunity. And what about those CEO’s and upper management? How can anyone justify paying an employee millions of dollars per year while the company is failing? I personally feel that if the tax payer bails your company out they have every right to dictate CEO salaries.
Let’s not forget the social service racket. Granted every American who payed into the system deserves their Social Security and Medicare. It’s their money and they earned it. I have trouble when folks call it an entitlement. If someone is disabled then yes they have the right to collect disability. But unfortunately today we have to many able young able-bodied couch potato NVAPs on the government doles. Social service organizations are a multi billion-dollar industry. And there is cooperate socialism as well.  It’s a little hypocritical to line up for a bail out and then tell the government to stay out of your life.
It’s all in that Little Can of Peanuts
It’s in there. All in that little can of peanuts is the high cost of all of the folks that don’t earn their money. From the Wall Street deadbeat to the able bodied couch potato deadbeat. It’s all in there. It’s not just in the peanuts, but also in your taxes, your house payment, and your grocery bill and yes your paycheck. Don’t you think it’s funny how everything is going up except your paycheck? Well it’s because the number of NVAPs are going up.
It wasn’t always this way
America had a vibrant economy from the 40’s through the end of the 60’s.  Then toward the end of the 60’s several things happened. The old company heads that started at the bottom began to retire or die off. Everyone began to buy into the college bit. The baby boomers were the first generation to go to college. Formal academic education is wonderful when combined with practical experience. Experience is also a form of education. Both the private sector and government began to hire young college graduates and place them into management positions. By the late seventies many companies began to fail and the OPEC oil crisis didn’t help. We also saw an explosion in the size of government. Oh and after president Johnson more and more Americans jumped on the social service band wagon. But I think the biggest problem was a cultural change. Many young Americans wanted a position instead of a job. They snubbed their educated noses at their WWII parents. Being a mechanic or a laborer wasn’t good or fulfilling enough. So once these guys infiltrated the private and public sector they began to create positions that weren’t needed to secure their position. It was these people who ran Americas greatest companies into the ground and placed the blame on the factory workers and said we must ship manufacturing jobs overseas. It was these people who created the monstrous controlling government bureaucracy that we have today. It was these people who decided to buy peanuts from Mexico because they felt the American farmers were overpaid. How dare they! Funny how it’s always the non-producers who criticize the producers.
The generations that came after such as generation x and generation y are far worse and even more self-indulgent. Although I agree with the Occupy Wall Street movement on many points and I certainly don’t want to paint a broad picture of anyone. But some of the generation y folks are angry because they don’t want to start at the bottom and work their way up. They are no better than the people they are railing against.
The sad part is that these people are your friends; your neighbors and they are many.
Imagine if say 40% of the American people are NVAPS then it truly stinks to be a member of the 60% who are footing the bill. The middle class is being pushed to the breaking point. Why do we put up with this as a nation? The NVAPs are the elite of the nation. They have secured their positions through political lobbies and through rigging the markets. Unless the peasants take back control of their country they will continue to be peasants. I’m not exactly sure how this can be done but it has to be done. But I have a few ideas. To start we need to downsize government, enact trade barriers to protect American jobs, a fair tax structure, kick able-bodied people off the government doles, and we need more competition. More competition forces companies to eliminate unneeded positions. And finally we need Wall Street reform. We need to go back to the government and business models of the 50’s and 60’s. All of this I think would be a good start. But most importantly we need to go back to an older better culture. Back then laziness was considered shameful and hard work was considered honorable. So next time you buy a can of peanuts, think of what you are paying for.

Sovereign Citizens Right or Wrong? Perhaps Both-Most of us in Alaska are familiar with the term Sovereign Citizen. They seem to be growing in the valley as well as the interior. Most sovereign citizens are attracted to the ideology of Joe Miller, and Ron Paul. The recent case of Alaska Sovereign Schaeffer Cox put sovereigns in the media spotlight. However, in case you aren’t, sovereign citizens believe that the United States of America has been replaced by an unlawful defacto corporate government called the United States. According to them this happened in the 1800’s during the civil war under the Lincoln administration. Sovereign citizens believe that income taxes, driver’s licenses and business licenses among other legislation passed since then are unlawful because an unlawful government passed it. They are strong supporters of the constitution. They claim that the American people were better off and truly free before the civil war and that we need to restore America to what is once was. The question is are they right or wrong?  Personally I think they are both. 

Where I agree with the sovereigns
First all I think we need to define a few things; sovereign means that you are in control of your on territory. You have unalienable rights granted to you by God, nothing is between you and God. Only God can take away these rights unless you render the rights to someone else through consent. We see the terms consent in many government documents. The constitution simply reaffirms the rights granted to you by God. All of this I agree with. I agree that the constitution is the supreme law of the land. I support free speech, the 2nd amendment, right to assemble and so on. I think most will agree that the constitution is being eroded. I believe in the will of the people. I do believe that we have the right to defend our freedoms. I remember taking an oath to defend the constitution. To me that oath still stands. I really like the idea of auditing the Federal Reserve. I believe as our founding fathers that governments are instituted to secure the freedoms. In other words, the government keeps me from treading on your rights and you from treading on mine.

Where I disagree with the sovereigns
I am a die hard Alex Jones fan, and although I believe most sovereign citizens are good people, I must disagree with them on many points. First of all this “If it’s not in the Constitution, you can’t do it” is a bunch of baloney. The question is not if it’s constitutional or not because our founders made provisions in the constitution for new amendments. But does the new law violate anyone’s rights and does it benefit the free republic, and what is the will of the people?
Although I believe that the only constitutional tax is a sales tax or corporate excise tax, I do and will always pay my income taxes. Why? Because without the income tax we would have never won WWII or the cold war. Nor would we be able to fund social security or medicare. It’s for the greater good. Remember the mission, which is to save the free republic.  Sovereign citizens drive on the public roads just like everyone else, go to public hospital just like everyone else, all of which are funded by taxes. Sound a little hypocritical?
I’m sorry there is reason we have driver’s license requirements, which is to make the highways safer. Without a federal government, America would break up into fifty anarchist banana republics. Anarchy is bad. The end road to anarchy is always tyranny. America has to have a sheriff and the sheriff is the government. Our founding fathers saw the need for government. I’m sorry some regulations are good, so this idea of repealing all post civil war legislation is just plain crazy.  However, we do need to repeal legislation that is not helpful to sustaining a free republic such as the 1968 gun control act. If we ever succumb to tyranny through invasion or whatever, we are going to wish we had some of the firearms, which were banned.
Again I believe that most sovereign citizens are good people who believe in the constitution. I agree we must always keep the government in check. In other words, limit the power of the sheriff. However, we have a process called the courts to decide what’s right and what’s not. It’s not perfect but it’s what should always be used first. Extremism isn’t the answer. Now I know the argument, it’s no vice to be extreme in defense of liberty and I agree. But refusing to buy a drivers license does not make you Paul Revere. A society can’t function with everyone choosing which laws they will or will not abide by. Again the process is the courts, calling your elected officials and the ballot box. There are numerous examples where the people have challenged government authority and won using the system. Our founders did a pretty good job even though it’s not perfect. Now if the day ever comes where citizens are being thrown in concentration camps and the constitution is burned then is the time to reach for something else.
The picture needs to be accurate
I do believe that the 60 minutes documentary painted an unfair picture of sovereigns. And as far as the southern poverty law center is concerned, which is nothing more than a left wing extremist group, has no credibility whatsoever. However, I will admit there are some nut jobs among the sovereigns as with all groups. I strongly sympathize with the officers in Arkansas who were murdered. I don’t see anywhere where these officers violated their constitutional oath as some sovereigns claim. You see extremism in every group from sovereign citizens to environmental groups. The problem is that many of these people are like cult followers. Notice I said many not all. It’s wrong to paint the whole group with a broad brush as 60 minutes did. Out of 300,000 estimated sovereign citizens, only a handful, not even 1% has acted in violence. That’s less than the American population as a whole.

From what I understand about 1% of the American population is in prison. I personally feel that the lazy nose ring, purple hair, baggy paints wearing disrespectful under 25 crowd is a greater threat to the American way of life than most sovereign citizens. Perhaps they should be the ones on an FBI watch list. But again, I do feel the sovereigns are wrong just like so many extreme groups because of their extremism, which blinds them to the ultimate goal, which is to preserve the free republic. It’s sad they try so hard to save the republic, yet they help destroy it. Kind of like the extreme environmental groups do more harm to conservation than good.
I know if I were an enemy of the American people I would try to create a scenario where no matter whose ideology prevailed the end result would be the same. That’s exactly where we are.
You see countries are like cars; you got to keep them between the ditches. Sometimes you turn right and sometimes turn left to stay on the road. Now if you have left wing socialistic democrat extremist, a right wind country club republican extremist, and a Ron Paul libertarian anarchist sovereign extremist all fighting for the wheel, you are gonna crash. Unfortunately our country is coming apart. At one time people of with different ideas could sit at the same table and have a sane conversation. But not anymore, today most Americans are a bit too extreme.
Maybe we should pray for a sober mind and maybe we could get along better and come to our senses and save the country. God knows, we have enough enemies to fight on the outside without fighting among ourselves.

Those in Uniform & The Constitution

Those in Uniform & The Constitution- The constitution is the supreme law of the land, or so we have been told. If that were true one would think those in charge of enforcing the law would understand the law. I respect those in uniform who put their lives on the line. It is they above all who are the guardians of freedom. Since the American Revolution countless unsung heroes whose names we will never know have fallen in the defense of freedom, from sheriffs who stood up against outlaws to the men who stormed Normandy. However, there are others who hide behind the uniform instead of stand for it. Thank God this has been a minority. However, this may not always be the case. You see up until now the problem has never been systematic. Things are changing.
I think one of the biggest problems is this; most Americans really don’t understand the constitution. This is a failure of the public educational system. You see the constitution does not give us rights. The creator does, that’s part of natural law. The constitution simply reaffirms those rights. If the state decided to abandon the constitution does that mean the rights are gone? Of course not, because it isn’t the state or the constitution that is the right giver, it is the creator. These rights are forever and belong to all people from all lands. America’s founding fathers were one of the few who understood this. This is why America has always tried to spread freedom around the world.
Everyone has rights no matter his or her state believes. The Chinese government can say whatever it wants at the point of a gun, but it is still wrong. Remember might does not make right. The Chinese people still have rights granted to them by someone much higher than the state. In other words the constitution applies to all people everywhere. It doesn’t matter where you are standing.
When I was young I remember taking an oath when I joined the military. Back then we were taught that we weren’t to follow illegal orders. That “I was simply following orders crap” won’t cut it. The Nazi concentration camp guards tried that line and it didn’t work. I think the military may be a bit different today because the “old tough as nails chew your ass brass” has been replaced by politicians in uniform who are more concerned with their after military carriers.
If the constitution is the supreme law and I believe it is, then anyone who has taken the oath must follow the oath. That means if a locality passes an unconstitutional ordinance, the police are not to follow it. That means the guardsmen and police who confiscated the firearms of law-abiding citizens who were defending their rights in New Orleans were following illegal orders. These poor souls disgraced their uniform.
Should we blame those in uniform? Guilty is guilty. However, I do believe most want to do the right thing. I personally believe military members have a better understanding of the constitution than say the police and are far more unlikely to violate the constitution. Perhaps this is why there is a movement to internationalize our troops, to water them down with tyrannical UN blood so to speak. As far as certain Federal agencies go, most have lost it to the point that they need to be dismantled. There are three in particular which come to mind. We need to educate those in uniform in support of the constitution. Unfortunately it will not be easy given the government and society is educating against the constitution. Now unlike ever before we have a systematic problem.
Case in point, I have a friend who is a former Anchorage Police Officer. I grew up down south where the police were more like Andy & Barney. They understood their duty. According to my friend, the FBI sent some of the agents from Ruby Ridge to train the Anchorage Police. Remember Ruby Ridge was the place where the FBI butchered Randy Weavers family. His wife, baby, son and dog were murdered in cold blood. Don’t get me wrong I truly believe most Federal agents are good folks. But this is the result of bad training and poor recruitment standards. Randy Weaver sued in court and won. Yet, can you believe that no one went to jail?
Waco is another example. If any of you don’t believe Waco was a butchering then I will challenge you to do the research. As far as Anchorage goes, my retired police friend who spent over twenty years on the Anchorage Police Dept. claimed that APD is changing. Many officers are anti-second amendment. Now I don’t know about the rest of you, but if you don’t believe in the constitution then don’t wear the uniform. I will say this, there are many guardsmen and police who refused to participate in the New Orleans gun grab.
I think that we as Americans need to demand on the local, state and federal level that the constitution be honored. When anyone in uniform violates this scared law then that person must not only loose their position but should be put on trail in a court of law and if found guilty, punished.
I know this may seem harsh but remember the mission, which is to preserve, or perhaps I should say restore the free republic called the United States of America. If a local cop can’t figure out that you can’t arrest someone for handing out flyers on public property, then folks we have problem. This happened in Anchorage. Years latter one of the officer’s accused, Paul Honeman a high ranker, ran for mayor. He lost. Luckily the individual Uwe Kalenka who was handing out flyers got the justice he deserved. Mr. Honeman cost Anchorage taxpayers 200k. He should have lost his position and pension. See

I think we should give those in unformed the respect they deserve. We need to stand behind them when they do the right thing and help them when they are tempted to do the wrong thing. I’ll admit that I don’t agree with the Democrats on much. But I have to on this one.
I don’t know why it’s so hard for so many conservatives to admit that on the issue of economics and taxes the Democrats are right. I don’t know why we can’t see the good and bad in each party.

Fact: Trickle Down Economics is a failure; the rich don’t create jobs consumers do. If the government gives Mr. & Mrs. John Q. Public a stimulus of some kind such as a tax break they will go out and buy things like more food or clothing etc. They will create a market and therefore create a job. If there is a market someone is going to invest in it. If instead of stimulating Mr. & Mrs. Public the government does what the GOP says and gives it all to the rich the economy is harmed.  The GOP claims it all runs downhill. Well allot of things run downhill but money is rarely one of them. If a rich man gets more money he will sit on the money or invest it. He will only invest the money in a market (there’s that word again) that gives him the best return. Remember its Mr. & Mrs. Public that creates the market and not Mr. & Mrs. Rich. Instead the money would be probably invested in some foreign factory that employs 12 yr. old slave labor. Economist around the country have ran model after model and the conclusion is that trickle down economics is a failure. We tried trickle down for years and the result has been a failure. I know what some of you are thinking. What about California? True their economic plan has been a failure. This is due to the massive government (which is another issue) and the fact that the rich can easily invest in another state because California hasn’t seceded from the union yet, (I wish they would). This brings up another point, America made a huge mistake by allowing overseas investment which was another trickle down idea.

Fact: The rich were taxed more during the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s and the economy was booming. Why because trickle down economics doesn’t work.

Fact: Money is taken not made. There is no more or less gold today than there was 2000 years ago. It takes a poor man to create a rich man. Actually it takes many many poor men to create one rich man.  If more circulation of money creates a better economy then having the rich hoard the money is bad for the economy.

Fact: More millionaires don’t equal more jobs. The GOP always says it’s the rich who create jobs. If that’s the case then if we have more rich folks then shouldn’t we have more jobs? In the last decade the rich have gotten richer and the economy has gotten smaller.

Fact: Who is footing the lion’s share of the taxes? Mr. & Mrs. JQ Public. Although on the surface the stats show that it is the top 10% who pay most of the taxes, after further analysis we can conclude it’s the average folks who are footing the bill. According to the GOP the poor rich are overtaxed. According to them over half of the American people pay no taxes and it's the poor downtrodden rich folks who are footing the bill. Remember Georgie B? You know they guy who wrecked the economy in eight years? Actually it was father George Sr. who said it. He didn’t do such a great job on the economy either. He said if you raise taxes say on a lamp manufacturer then the cost of the taxes are rolled into the price of the lamp. So what he’s saying is its Mr. & Mrs. Public and not the rich who are carrying the tax hike. George Sr. is saying that the GOP is wrong. Now I know what you are thinking. Lets not raise taxes on the rich because it rolls down to us. Think again, if a lamp manufacturer is getting $50 per lamp he is going to charge $50 no matter whether he pays $5 in taxes, or $10 in taxes as long as he is still able to make a profit. Granted his profits will decrease which means he will have to work a little harder to make the same money. In other words he is going to have to hire more people. The company that I work for raised their prices because of the gas rate increase. Well when the price gas went down, we didn’t lower our prices because we knew the market. It’s the whatever the market will bare approach.
The GOP claims that 50% of Americans are basically bums riding the poor rich. Lets consider that most of the people in the 50% that don’t appear to pay taxes are the elderly who paid during their working years, the disabled who also paid while they were working, and the young who will pay when the reach adulthood. Hey some of these elderly and disabled are veterans. The real bums are those that live on Wall Street and the ones in Washington.
I will admit that there are some working people between the ages of 18 and 65 who pay no taxes. Well these folks are really getting the shaft because the rich are underpaying them. Notice how everything is going up except salaries? The rich always claim they’re paying a tax rate of over 30%. Studies show the average corporate tax because of the loopholes is 14% to 15%. Also the GOP fails to point out that the rich receive about 40% of the revenue. Wouldn’t you trade 15% or even 30% to get 40?
If the rich are so overtaxed then lets make a deal with them. No loopholes, no bailouts, no limited liability protection, no tax shelters, and only a 15% national sales tax. Guarantee they wouldn’t take the deal.

Fact: Most of the rich became rich through unethical means.  Notice I said most no all. I believe if you make a million from hard work and treating your neighbor right then God bless you. However, there are too many people making money on the backs of others. Most of us are pro business in that we support the free market. But in today's world we have more rigged markets than free markets. In other words, crony capitalism.  I see so many rich people complaining about excessive socialism and they're right we should complain. Yet they have no problem with socialism for the rich. Take a look at the stimulus packages, or what about the big bankster bailouts? Oh and what about those businesses who default on their SBA loans? Who pays? You and me, that’s who. The rich complain about regulations except the ones that benefit them. Some regs like those that keep toxic waste out of playgrounds are good. Trust me if these regulations weren’t in place some rich guy would be poisoning your children. There is nothing wrong with being rich as long as you make your money the way the All Mighty intended. I remember something about the sweat of your brow. But that isn’t the norm. I’ve worked in the private sector most of my life and my personal experience is that the rich at least most of them got rich by being crooked.

Fact: Most of the rich are self serving and narcissistic. Again, I said most not all. I remember reading an integrity study. The study found that the richer the person was the more likely they were to lie and steal.  Remember the kid is school who was always sceaming of a way to get on top? You know the one who broke the window with the baseball and said his friend did it? That kid probably grew up to be rich. The good news is that the kid probably got his ass kicked before he got out of school. The little bastard probably became a lawyer or a banker.

Fact: It was the rich who lobbied for fewer regulations, which caused the economic crash.

Fact: It was the rich who lobbied to drop taxes and regulations on imports, which resulted in millions of American jobs being lost to foreign slave labor. That Free trade, global trade, NAFTA thing isn’t working out to well is it?

Fact: It is the rich who buy off our politicians with campaign contributions.

Fact: It is the rich who says your parents are selfish because they want the social security they earned. That the 90% should be the ones who sacrifice. It’s high time that the rich pay their share. It is the rich who are forcing America to be more socialistic which is something we don’t want.
Again the Democrats aren’t right on much. But they are on target on this one. If the GOP would stop coddling the rich they would be a good party. If Obama wins it’s not because the American people agree with his leftist agenda. It’s not because they are socialist or want bigger government. It’s because they are worried about the economy because America can’t stand much more trickle down economics. “Remember the Mission”, which is to “Preserve the Free Republic” called the United States of America. If we can keep our eye on the mission maybe we can accomplish it. This is hard to do given that the American people are distracted by party platforms and a media that refuses to tell the truth. I’m not saying whom you should vote for. But get off the bandwagon and see the truth that neither party is always right.

There is a man named Kurt Kallenbach who has become very popular. We better hope that Mr. Kallenbach is a kook. If he’s not we the American people face the biggest challenge ever. I’ll try to be as short and concise as possible but the point needs to be made. So please bare with me because this takes some explaining.
In his video “Season of Treason  (see link below) Kurt Kallenbach claims that in 1861 the “Constitution of the United States of America” (the original or organic) was replaced with Corporate Charter the “Constitution of the United States”. Before 1861 the Constitution was a contract between the states, which were basically sovereign nation states. The states derived their power from the consent or will of the people. The people were sovereign meaning that you are in control of your on territory. You have unalienable rights granted to you by God, nothing is between you and God. Only God can take away these rights unless you render the rights to someone else through consent. We see the terms consent in many government documents.

In 1861 seven southern states decided to secede from the union and a new contract was created which established a de facto corporate government. By becoming a citizen of the United States you are signing the contract via consent. You are now bound by a contract that says that your rights come from the de facto corporate government and not God. That you only have free speech or the right to bare arms because the new United States Corporation allows it. You belong to the corporation. Mr. Kallenbach says the new constitution appears just like the old. But the new constitution or contract is now between the states and the District of Columbia or the new United States and the people. Washington DC is now a sovereign nation state much like Vatican city is a sovereign nation state. But the other states and the people are no longer sovereign. According to Mr. Kallenbach we have given up our rights through consent. When you registered to vote you consented to the contract by stating that you were a citizen of the United States. You didn’t know what you were consenting to just as the folks in 1861 didn’t know what they were consenting to. Back then most people were illiterate and were scattered throughout the country with no TV, Radio, or Internet. Just like today, legislatures representing the states proxy voted for the people. The legislatures consented to the contract.
Mr. Kallenbach says you become a slave by force or by consent. According to Mr. Kallenbach you didn’t have to register to vote before 1861. The civil war freed the slaves that were slaves by force and re-inslaved them through consent along with the rest of the American people. He goes on to say that this new de facto corporate government is controlled by foreign interest.

Now this is just me talking and my two cents, I know Mr. Kallenbach sounds a little kooky. I don’t know if I believe his story or not. I need to do a bit more research. I will say that I’m tempted to believe it based on what I’ve read over the last few years, from political pundits to my church. I’ll also admit that he helped to connect the dots. He is also willing to provide documentation to back up his claims.
I want to go a little further in my theory. If his story is true it forces us to think about a few things. Now you may think me kooky as well. All I ask is for you to bare with me and at least be open minded enough to hear what I have to say.
Lets rewind the tape before 1861 a bit. The British tried to force us via the revolutionary war to be a slave. They failed. They failed again in the war of 1812. If they failed with the use of military force then wouldn’t you think they would try something different? They did with a national bank, which was controlled by foreign interest; its purpose was to control the money supply. Gee sounds allot like the Federal Reserve doesn’t’ it? But president Andrew Jackson (Old Hickory) got in the way. We all know president Jackson is responsible for such horrible things as the “trail of tears”, but he was right in getting rid of the national bank. He felt it catered to the rich and to foreign powers such as the international banks. That it hurt the working class. Boy this really sounds allot like the Federal Reserve doesn’t it? Just in case you didn’t know, there’s nothing Federal about the Federal Reserve. It is nothing more than a private banking cartel.
Lets rewind the tape even further. In the old days the kings we considered sovereign. They derived their power from God. You’ve heard the term “ the divine right of kings”. When the “Declaration of Independence” (often called the Constitutions Constitution) was sent over to the king, it threatened not only the British monarch but also the whole European apple cart. Something had to be done. The European kings and those that controlled them were not going to stand for this.

You see when the colonist first came to America, the king made a huge mistake. Instead of sending them adequate provisions and soldiers to protect them. He said to the colonist, you are on your on, and don’t forget everything that you have or will have is mine. He made the mistake of letting his slave have Firearms and a Bible. Giving your slave a Bible so he can learn the Truth and a Gun so he can fight for the Truth isn’t the smartest thing to do. No wonder why the Flame of Freedom was ignited. Before 1861 no lawyer could hold public office. Being a lawyer was considered a title of nobility, which was forbidden under the original or organic constitution. Boy that organic constitution sounds a whole lot better doesn’t it?

Lets rewind the tape some more. Who crowned the king? The Vatican.  The Vatican is considered by some to be God incarnate on Earth. Now I’m not Anti-Catholic. I have friends who are Catholic and I consider them Christians. I think the Pope is a pretty good guy but I don’t think he’s God.  However, we can’t negate the facts. The Vatican like most world systems, religious and secular has succumbed to corruption at times. Again I’m condemning the institutions or systems and not the people within them. The Vatican exercised a great deal of authority over Europe. Some believe that the Vatican controlled the banking system back then and controls them today.

Lets rewind the tape way back to the beginning of creation. When I was younger I never understood why God didn’t just wipe out the devil and end sin. A preacher explained it to me like this; God could have done that. However, the eternal question would have never been answered, which way is better? God’s way or the devil's way. God wanted to be served out of love instead of fear. God wants your consent. Every created being has the right to choose. So God allowed the devil to tempt the people of earth just as he allowed the devil to tempt and lead away one third of the angelic beings. That’s what my preacher said and I believe him.
Adam was the first sovereign man and Eve was the first sovereign woman. There was nothing between them and God. After the fall, the devil was between man and God because he held the sin debt that must be paid. Basically the devil owned Adam and Eve. Just like Mr. Kallenbach claims the de facto corporate government owns you and me. The question is if Mr. Kallenbach's story is true who owns the corporate government?

Well the devil never figured on Jesus who severely upset his apple cart. Jesus provided a way to salvation by paying the sin debt for any person who is willing to accept the gift and consent (there is that consent word again) that Jesus is lord. Christianity began spreading like wildfire. The devil had the same problem that the European monarchs faced years latter. These Christians just like Americans could not be enslaved by force of arms.  It didn’t bother the apostles to be threatened with imprisonment and the cross just as America’s founding fathers couldn’t be threatened. What was the saying “we pledge our lives and fortunes”.

The Christians were taking over pagan Rome. The devil decided that a false Christianity must be created. Enter the Vatican. The barbarians came and Rome fell. But Rome was replaced with Papal Rome. So Rome never really fell.

The barbarians accepted the Vatican’s false Christianity. I’m sorry to offend but that is the way it is. There was nothing Christian about the mass persecution performed over the centuries. The Vatican stood idly by while the kings and their noblemen tormented the people. Words can’t describe the brutality of the inquisition.

Vatican city became a nation state just as Washington DC became a nation state. The barbarian European kingdoms that we know today as France, Germany, Spain, England etc. were all franchises of the Vatican nation state. Do you see the similarities between the Vatican and the European kingdoms and the similarities between the De Facto Corporate United States and the individual states? Is it just a coincidence that Washington DC is formed much the same way as Vatican City in that they are both sovereign nation states? The Vatican system was the blueprint for the new corporate American system.

For the Vatican, the monarchies provided a means of control. But unfortunately for the Vatican the people rose up against the monarchies all throughout Europe just as they did in America. The monarch system was abolished and re-enslaving the people through corporate governments and the banking system is the new means of control. Now during the 20th century a few other systems were tried as well such as communism and Nazism. A tyrant doesn’t care what system he uses to enslave you.

I want to make a few things clear. I’m not anti-government. I don’t see my neighbors in government as the enemy. I don’t see the Catholic Church as the enemy for there are many protestant churches that are just as corrupt. I see the corruption of our systems and institutions as the problem. I see the devil as the enemy. As the Bible says that in the last days a world government will be established ruled by an Anti-Christ. This Anti-Christ persecutes the Jews and persecutes the whole world. I believe that the devil has corrupted the world systems and these world systems along with ignorant consenting people are paving the way for Armageddon.

What can we do? I don’t think the answer is becoming a sovereign citizen or any attempt at violence. I don’t believe as some say we should repeal all post 1861 legislation. There’s been some good and bad legislation passed since then. For God sakes I don’t believe that we should dump the Federal Government as some say and become fifty banana republics. That would only make us easier to pick off. I believe the answer is educating the people and through the states we can reestablish the United States of America by going back to the original organic Constitution. I believe that the people can influence their church leaders and this includes Catholics. Again I’m not condemning the Catholic Church. I’m just pointed out that it has become corrupted by the devil as most world systems have just like our government. Most people in our government aren’t bad. Notice I said most not all. It’s just the system has gotten bad because of the corruption. I can certainly understand why Lincoln and our legislatures did what they did. The civil war was a national crisis. The devil uses a crisis to implement his demonic plans. Take a look at the civil rights we’ve lost since 911. America is becoming a police state. In some locals your daughter can’t even operate a lemonade stand. In some locals farmers are forbidden to sell their produce to the public without going through the food distribution cartel such as the FDA.

Look at the decadent feels good do it culture that came out of the so-called left wing enlightened 60’s generation. My generation is even worse. The right wing isn’t any better. They bow down to Wall Street.  Both parties pass legislation that destroys the American economy by outsourcing jobs to overseas slave labor. We better wake up and understand that our government, our political parties, our capitalism, our socialism, our churches, our political system, none will save us. Only the truth and God can.

Five Things We Must Do To Save America


Get off the Party Band Wagon- Your party will not save you. They’re all bought and paid for. Each party has its good points and bad points and everyone needs to understand that. This stand by your party business has to stop.

End the Corruption- No one believes that you can ever eliminate corruption 100%. But our Federal, State & Local governments are overflowing with it. It’s time to hold those in government accountable. That means we may have to initiate term limits and start throwing folks in jail with hard labor and riot in the streets if we have to. It might be easier to have all of the lawyers disbarred.

Fix the Economy- We must tick off both all parties. Which sounds like fun. Bare with me this is a long list, so let’s get started. We must reinitiate regulations and import taxes to bring manufacturing jobs back to America and eliminate monopolies with rigged markets, this means taking on Wall Street and the Banksters, and yes the Federal Reserve must be audited and reeled in.  We must be pro-business but crony capitalism has to go (See my blog http://infowarsalaska.blogspot.com/2012/02/what-does-pro-business-mean.html).
We must reduce the size of government. We need to eliminate the bureaucratic waste; this can be done through privatization. The public employee union’s control of the government has to go. It makes no sense that a government secretary makes 30% more than her private sector counterpart.
We need to go to a nationwide sales tax and abandon property and income taxes. This is the only fair tax system. The only allowable loopholes in the sales tax system should be medical.
We can no longer afford to police the world or to be the Santa Claus of foreign aid.
As far as social programs go, there’re some we need and some we don’t. Of course the elderly and disabled deserve their Social Security and Medicare after all they paid into the system and some of these folks are veterans. So we need to stop calling benefits an entitlement, which sounds as if the government is giving you something. I wouldn’t trust Wall Street with a lemonade stand much less our Social Security and Medicare.
Able-bodied people need to stop depending on the government. It sickens me to see the elderly denied healthcare after working their whole life so that we can afford to take a single 25 yr. old who keeps having babies out of wedlock to the doctor. She should be working to fund Social Security and Medicare for her parents like her parents did for their parents. How dare anyone say that the elderly are robbing from their kids when it is the younger generation who doesn’t want to do their duty. And no doctor should be allowed to turn away a veteran on Medicare.
Healthcare certainly needs reform so that everyone can afford it. Everyone who gets medical care should pay something. The government can better stimulate the economy by giving incentives to the average American rather than large corporations who simply funnel the money into off shore banks or tax shelters. That’s what happened with the bankster bailout.

National Security- You can’t win a war and be political correct at the same time. Our military price tag should be for the defense of the country instead of making contractors rich. The borders must be secured because of the terrorist threat and the drug threat. Immigration preferences should be fair and made on ones desire to be a Patriotic American and not from their country of origin or how rich they are. Having the wrong folks immigrate for the wrong reasons is a security risk. Finally the Top Down Homeland Security model does not work we need a system that empowers localities from the bottom up which can work with the Feds. This is The Most Important- We need to get back to where we were. The only way is to go back to the moral standard, which has been forgotten. I know some of you don’t want to hear it but this nation was founded on the word of God. And all must admit that years ago children respected their parents. A handshake meant something. Greed and selfishness were frowned upon. If we can solve this one problem then all of the issues above will take care of themselves. The most important component of our nations survival is this, the service of others before self. During the great depression you had children running away from home so their younger brothers and sisters would have food. During WWII old men stood on the beach looking for the Japanese Navy. In the Revolutionary War farmers let their crops rot in the field to go fight for freedom. What was the saying " We pledge our lives and fortunes for this endeavor"
No political ideology, no piece of paper not even the Constitution or a checks and balances form of government or even a rich treasury will save us. It is our allegiance to the word of God, which makes us strong. We must turn away from our sins if we want to be saved. Otherwise we will be doomed to weakness and destruction. Outside of the second coming of the Messiah, America is the last great hope for the world. May God help us save her.

Years ago when someone told me anything that resembled a conspiracy theory or a doomsday scenario; I would label him or her a kook or a nut job. I used to say things like his bread aint done or his driveway doesn’t quite make it to the road. But then I remembered the Bible the books of Rev about the last days and what appears to be the rise of a world government. Throughout history we have always had elitists. But they have never had the tools at their disposal as they do today i.e. millions of cameras, computer networks, mass communications and oh let’s not forget the Federal Reserve banking System.
 If you are really open-minded it’s not too hard to connect the dots. Federal Reserve International Banking Cartel, at least that’s what Alex Jones calls them. Don’t get me wrong I don’t agree with Alex on everything. However, he does have a tendency to be able to back up what he is saying. Is it just a coincidence that JFK was murdered shortly after he talked about secret societies trying to take over?
 Look at some of the crazy things that our government is doing. The erosion of our civil liberties in the name of safety, yeah right. Look at how many executive orders violate the constitution. Oh and the trade deals that we get into. Can our government be this stupid? A nun could horse trade better. Almost looks like they’re trying to destroy America.
We know that today the risk of man-made and natural disasters are higher than ever. A solar EMP, which occurs more often than you think, could knock out the electrical grid for years. Welcome to the Dark Age. You don’t even what to think about man-made EMP. Like the little miniature nut job from Iran wouldn’t do it.
 Yet most of America and the world have their head in the sand. Most of them have only a few days of food and water in their homes. Yet they say we’re nuts because we think it makes more since to be supplied for a few months or even years than it does for a few days.  They think the world will stay the same. History has shown change is constant, nothing stays the same. 
Is it sane to believe lie such as your political party or the government will save you? How many times have you heard, don’t worry they won’t let it happen? I’m sure the folks in New Orleans heard that many times.  To me it makes more sense to be prepared. You may even be able to help the government save all those folks that called me and you crazy.

The Constitution is the supreme law of the land, for it’s the corner stone of our free republic. The Constitution establishes the rule of law, which we are governend by. Today there seems to be two separate views; one considers the Constitution to be etched in stone, while the other considers it to be a flexible ever-changing document. One must admit that over the last century we’ve seen gross constitutional violations that in no way appear to help preserve the free republic. In fact some verge on the tyrannical. My God in some locals you can’t even operate a lemon aid stand. Yet on the other hand some argue that bending the rules a bit helped America.
FDR and Reagan both violated the Constitution. FDR established the new deal, broke up the cooperate cartels and created anti trust laws. The result was a booming economy for decades. That’s pretty hard to dispute. Many say that if FDR had done things differently America would have collapsed, that we would have lost WWII or that we would have succumbed to tyranny.
When Reagan took office America was more vunerable to the Soviet threat than ever. He took the bull by the horns and did what he had to do. Reagan’s policies certainly helped defeat the Soviet Union. Many agree that Reagan saved us from the Evil Empire and WWIII. Any true red-blooded American has to admit that the Soviet Union was an Evil Empire bent on world domination.
As far as the Constitution goes, I for one don’t know what the answer is. I know this; you get into trouble with absolutes. At the same time you must preserve the rule of law, which the Constitution provides. Either road must be taken with extreme caution, and must always be questioned.
Perhaps the answer is to Remember the Mission, which is to Preserve the Free Republic called the United States of America. If we can keep our eye on the mission maybe we can accomplish it. This is hard to do given that the American people are distracted by party platforms and day-to-day life. It seems that we are more concerned about our kid’s school event than what’s best for the country. I for one am grateful for the sacrifices of the fallen.  It is our duty to remember the mission of preserving liberty.
Although the Constitution provides a vital role, the real key to preserving the republic is the desire for Freedom by the American people. We would do wise to remember words of Patrick Henry.

Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take, but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!"
